(Indicative picture) – Photo: Social Media Expansion A woman from Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh was sold twice in Tikamgarh on the pretext of getting her work. Police have arrested four persons including three women in the case. Two youths are still absconding, who are being searched. TI Brijbhan Singh, in-charge of Gorakhpur police station in the district, told that a resident of Rampur area 22 The husband of the woman had died a year ago. His four year old son lived with his grandparents. On the other hand, the woman used to live in her parental home and work in the house. 14 December 2020 the woman’s mother had filed a case of her missing. After which the police was searching for the woman, but could not find any trace of her. 2022 On January , the woman came to the police station with her mother. The woman told the police that her acquaintances Pushpa Rajput (50) and Lakshmi Kol (14) To get him work, he was taken to Mamta Burman in Mahanadda. After this both of them came back from there. After about ten, a young man named Mamta and Mohit Soni took him in a car and took his mobile. Both brought it to Tikamgarh and sold it to a person named Suresh Lodhi. After which Suresh forcibly married her in the temple. He used to do all the work keeping him imprisoned in the house. During this, he also raped her several times. After about a month she became pregnant, Suresh married her to Manoj Rajput Sold for thousand rupees. Manoj took her to the doctor to get medicine, where she ran away as soon as she got a chance. With the help of people, she reached the police station and registered a case. The police have arrested Mohit along with the three women by registering a case under other sections including rape. Search is on for other accused. ,
