Clause 6B of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 in respect of condition of recognition by Aam Aadmi Party as a National Party Also cited. According to the Election Commission, under the first condition, the candidate set up by the party in any four or more states in the last general election or to the Legislative Assembly of the state concerned secured not less than six percent of the votes cast in the last general election.
