Weather Update: Dense fog enveloped the national capital on Wednesday morning reducing visibility to 50 meters remained and road, rail and air traffic was affected. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that a layer of dense to very dense fog prevailed from Punjab to Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
