According to IMD, cold wave continued to wreak havoc in Delhi for the fifth consecutive day and the minimum temperature was 8.7 degrees in Chamba, 9 degrees in Dalhousie, 9.2 degrees in Dharamshala, 9.2 degrees in Shimla 10.3 degree, Manali 6 degree, Kangra 8.9 degree, Dehradun 6.5 degree, Mussoorie 11.3 degree, Nainital 6 degree, Mukteshwar 7.6 degree and Tehri recorded 9.2 degree Celsius.
