Himachal Pradesh received fresh snowfall in the higher reaches of Kullu, Lahaul & Spiti, Kinnaur and Shimla districts in the last 24 hours, while the central and Light rain occurred in the low-lying areas. According to Meteorological Department 24 cm in Kothi, .5 cm in Kalpa, 24 in Gondla .5 cm, Keylong, Kukumseri and Khadrala received five cm each, Manali two cm of snowfall, besides, Kufri, a suburb of state capital Shimla, also received snowfall. Total 196 roads including three National Highways have been closed for traffic due to snowfall.
