According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in Haryana’s Ambala is degree Celsius and the minimum temperature in Hisar is 13.8 degree Celsius was recorded. Whereas, the minimum temperature in Narnaul, Rohtak, Bhiwani and Sirsa was 8.4 degree Celsius, 8.6 degree Celsius, 13 degree Celsius and six degree Celsius respectively. Chandigarh, the joint capital and union territory of Punjab and Haryana, recorded a minimum temperature of 9.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.
