According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain and snow occurred in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the last hours and rain was recorded in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Not only here, light to moderate rain accompanied with heavy rain and thundershower occurred at isolated places in parts of Punjab, Haryana, North-West Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Sikkim.
