The weather patterns have changed due to the dry wind blowing from the northwest. Hot wind has started blowing in many states of North India including Delhi-UP. In many states, the temperature has reached more than 40 degree Celsius. Hot winds are starting to be felt in Delhi. Same is the condition of UP. Severe heat wave has also hit Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha.
