The mercury seems to be rising in North India including Delhi-NCR at this time. Due to this pressure, light to moderate rains were also seen in Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim in the last hour. There was also snowfall in the higher mountain areas.
