The Meteorological Department said that it rained in parts of Punjab and Haryana on Wednesday morning, due to which a drop in temperature was recorded. According to the Meteorological Department, it has rained in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bathinda, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Rupnagar, Mohali, Ambala, Karnal, Kurukshetra and Yamunanagar. The department said that it has been raining in many parts of the two states, including Chandigarh, the joint capital of Haryana and Punjab, for the last few days. He told that after the rain, the maximum temperature of both the states including the capital Chandigarh recorded a drop.
