The capital Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 21.9 degree Celsius this morning, which is five notches below normal. India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information. According to IMD, the maximum temperature in Delhi today is expected to be around 40 degree Celsius. According to the daily bulletin issued by the department, there is a possibility of dust storm or thundershower in the city during the day.
