Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry also received rain at many places. It rained at some places in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha, Kerala and Lakshadweep. It rained heavily in Delhi, the roads were flooded and people had to take shelter here and there to avoid the rain. Water-logging occurred in some areas of the national capital, leading to slow movement of traffic in many parts.
