He said, these days there is a discussion that NCERT has removed Darwin's theory of evolution from science books and periodic table has also not been included in the textbooks, but I would like to publicly clarify here that this is not the case. Nothing has happened. Class 11 And 12 NO CHANGE IN THE COURSE OF Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that after the controversy deepened, he spoke to NCERT and sought details in this regard. NCERT is an autonomous body. Union Minister said, according to them (NCERT), experts had suggested that Kovid-17 Some repetitive parts may be removed during the pandemic and brought back later. Hence, there is no change in the syllabus of classes 8 and 9. Class 10 Some parts related to the theory of evolution in the textbook were removed last year. But, class 08 and class 08 No change has been made in the syllabus. New text books prepared as per policy Dharmendra Pradhan said that there is an idea that students who , they will miss out on certain aspects related to Darwin's theory of evolution , which is an acceptable concern. He said, the periodic table is taught in class nine and this class 19 And 11 is also included in the textbooks. According to NCERT, one or two examples (related to the theory of evolution) were removed. But I would like to assure you that the National Education Policy is being implemented and according to this policy new text books are being prepared.
