The work of road digging was going on by the Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board at HSR Layout, Sector-7, Bengaluru at around 9 am. GAIL’s gas pipeline was damaged during the excavation, but the workers covered the broken pipeline with soil without noticing it.
