Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma says, “The incident that took place outside the CM Secretariat in Tura today is indeed very unfortunate. While the discussion was almost over. We heard some commotion from outside and it seems that the stone pelting was started by those who were not part of the agitating groups. Necessary action was taken by the police I have decided that I will give 50, rupees as medical allowance to all those who got injured and all the expenses will be borne by the government.”505050
