External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said on Friday that the current deterioration in bilateral relations between India and China has not been created by India, but by China. Jaishankar said that if a better working relationship is to be maintained, China should be allowed to stand on LAC and will have to follow the agreements.
