Trifed, a central government organization, is working with top designers to ensure quality and contemporary design in tribal products, keeping in view the country as well as foreign markets. Exhibition to showcase tribal handicrafts, handlooms, paintings, jewellery, cane and bamboo, pottery, food and natural products, gifts and assortments, tribal cuisine and through stalls in the festival There will be facility of co-sale. Tribal chefs from states are participating in the festival. Millets are a staple diet of tribal communities and the United Nations has declared 2023 the International Year of Millets. Under this, tribal artisans are invited to display and sell millet (Sri Anna) products and delicacies to increase the production and consumption of tribal millet. Apart from this, special dishes made of millet will also be available. Here you can also enjoy the tribal flavors of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir etc.
