On the other hand, Congress MPs Manish Tewari, Manickam Tagore and some other opposition MPs gave notices of adjournment on Thursday, demanding a discussion on the Manipur issue in both the Houses of Parliament. Lok Sabha member Tiwari demanded a discussion in the House and said that apart from giving information about the situation in Manipur, the government should also tell what measures have been taken to restore peace.
