The Congress leader said- We want to send a proposal to the President of India requesting him to protect the Constitution. The constitution is equal for all and the executive must act impartially to protect it. Mentioning various articles in the constitution regarding disqualification from Parliament membership, he emphasized that Gandhi’s disqualification violated the constitution.
