Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Union Minister Bishweshwar Tudu has given a controversial statement. Tudu has termed the officers who came into service through the Civil Services Examination i.e. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) as ‘dacoits’. After this statement of the BJP leader of Odisha, there has been a boil in politics. The BJP leader from Odisha’s Mayurbhanj made this statement at a government school at Baliapal in Balasore district.
‘hen thief’ is punished, not the mining mafia Union Minister Bishweshwar Tudu said at the golden jubilee celebrations of a government school located in Baliapal in Odisha that the law punishes even a ‘chicken thief’. But, an officer who becomes a mining mafia, no one can even touch him, because the system provides him protection. Shri Tudu, Minister of State for Tribal Affairs cum Jal Shakti, was addressing the program of the school as the chief guest.
Video of controversial statement of Bishweshwar Tudu went viral A video went viral after the program in which he is heard saying that many officers appointed through UPSC are ‘dacoits’. However, Prabhat Khabar does not confirm this viral video. He also said that he used to think that the officers who are recruited through UPSC have a high level of knowledge. That’s why they always occupy high positions. But, now my perception has changed.
Most of the officers appointed from UPSC are ‘dacoits’ Mr. Tudu said that now I feel that most of the people passing through there are dacoits. I do not say that 656 in 64 Officers are like that, but most of them are like that. Explain that UPSC is an autonomous body, which appoints top government officers. Mr. Tudu questioned why there is so much corruption and injustice in our country with these educated officers.
