Due to the serious irregularities of the company, the Madhya Pradesh Government had canceled the contract of the Municipal Corporation. The contractor had challenged the contract cancellation order in various courts and the matter was pending in the High Court for a long time. Senior advocate Kailash Vijayvargiya presented the case on behalf of the corporation in the High Court and the subordinate court. Judgment in the matter was passed. The contractor reached the Supreme Court against the order. The said plan remained pending due to long stay. before the Supreme Court on behalf of the Municipal Corporation under the direction of Mayor Mukesh Tatwal and Corporation Commissioner Roshan Singh Strong side gone. As a result, a historic decision has been passed in favor of the Corporation. Now the Municipal Corporation is free to plan at this important place. Mayor Mukesh Tatwal said that beautification work will be done by the Municipal Corporation from Chhatri Chowk located at Gopal Mandir to the old Municipal Corporation. Along with this, now the Supreme Court has decided in favor of the Municipal Corporation, now a shopping mall will be constructed here by developing the cost of crores in the old Municipal Corporation complex located near Gopal Mandir. ,
