Court Room – Photo: Social Media Expansion In the decision that came after two years, the eighth Additional Sessions Judge has sentenced a person to life imprisonment while giving the verdict in the case of murder by cutting the neck with a sword. In this case, due to an old dispute, one person had attacked another with a sword, resulting in his death. Giving information about the whole case, Deputy Director (Prosecution) Dr. Saket Vyas told that 25 june 2021 Sumersingh resident was going back after buying a tobacco pouch from Vishnu Prajapat’s shop in Chhayan village, when there was a dispute between Sumersingh and Vishnu over some issue. In this, Vishnu Prajapat attacked Sumer Singh with a sword. Sumer Singh was seriously injured in this incident. Who was taken to the district hospital in an ambulance by his son Bhanupratap Singh, a resident of village Kotlakhedi, but here the doctors declared him dead. After this incident, Bhanupratap Singh had lodged the report of this murder in police station Nanakheda. On which the crime number / Stream 294, 396 Case was registered in Bhadvi And after arresting the accused, the sword used in the murder was also seized. The matter was presented in the Court of Vivek Kumar Chandel, 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Ujjain. Where the accused Vishnu alias Bablu father Tulsiram Prajapat, resident of Chhayan village Ujjain M.P. Section 396 life imprisonment to Bhadvi and was punished with a fine of Rs. ,
