Police had received information about the accused Jeetu Gurjar being in Vikram Nagar area. After this the police team reached Vikram Nagar on Friday morning. Where as soon as they tried to capture Jeetu by laying siege, he jumped from the Vikram Nagar bridge itself, breaking both his legs. Because of this he could not succeed in running away. After this the police arrested him. Then he was admitted to the district hospital for treatment. Madhavnagar police station in-charge Manish Lodha told that Jeetu’s father Ambaram Gurjar, resident of Harinagar, absconding in the case of Raju Dronavat’s murder. Police was searching. Information was received from the informer that Jeetu Gurjar was going on foot from Vikram Nagar area. On this, the team of Mahakal TI Munendra Gautam, Jiwajiganj TI Gagan Badal, Chintaman TI Jeevan Bhindore and other staff close to Jeetu .233 laid siege in Vikram Nagar area. Seeing the police team coming towards him from both sides of Vikram Nagar Bridge, Jeetu jumped down from the bridge. Due to which both his legs were broken. After this, the four station in-charges took Jeetu to the district hospital for treatment. Where doctors have started treatment of Jeetu in the operation theatre. Police told that Jeetu had already gone to jail in the case of murder. Raju is accused of conspiring to kill Dronavat. On his arrest, a reward of thousand rupees 233 was announced by the SP.
