The complainant side had told that both Hari Singh and his family used to live together, but one day Hari Singh did an obscene act with the five-year-old daughter. Harisingh had been doing obscene acts with this innocent for a few days on the pretext of chocolate, about which when the innocent girl informed her parents, they immediately brought her to Madhav Nagar police station.
