If someone resigns, then what would he say?

Former Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari said that since I am not a law student, I only know parliamentary traditions. I know the legislative conventions. Accordingly, whatever steps I took, I took them thoughtfully. He said that it is the job of the legalists to explain and interpret the decision of the Supreme Court.
