TS Singhdev further wrote on his Twitter wall that along with this he also requested to provide direct air services to Ambikapur from Raipur, Banaras, Ranchi and Delhi. In the recent cabinet meeting in relation to Bilaspur airport, it was discussed to take back the land given to the army and use it for the expansion of Bilaspur airport. Requested the Honorable Minister to provide cooperation in the expansion project of Bilaspur Airport. I am sure that with the coordination of the state and the center, the works of these two airports in the state will be completed soon.
