BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has filed a petition regarding Ram Sethu

Know BJP Leader Subramaniam Swamy has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking directions to declare Ram Sethu as a national heritage. Swamy told the court that the Solicitor General had promised to file a reply and the cabinet secretary should be summoned to the court. Swamy said, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta had said that the reply would be filed by December. But it has not been filed yet. Earlier, he said that it is ready. Mehta, on the other hand, had said that the matter is sub judice and deliberations are on.
