50 Passengers are given three options for aggrieved passengers on behalf of the airline in case of flight of aircraft except passengers. In fact, the GoFirst flight from Bangalore to Delhi took off leaving 50 passengers behind. This type of incident happened due to lack of coordination between the crew member and the ground staff. The matter was of Kempegowda International Airport. At the same time, DGCA is also appreciating the quick action of the airline in this matter.
