The labor minister said that Tamil Nadu is known for peace and appropriate action will be taken against those who spread such news.

Videos of attack on laborers are false: DGP Tamil Nadu Labor Welfare and Skill Development Minister CV Ganesan issued a press release saying that everyone in Tamil Nadu including people from North India knows that there is no truth in this. He said that I want to tell that in Tamil Nadu not only the workers of the north but the workers of all the states are working peacefully and efficiently without any fear. At the same time, earlier, Tamil Nadu DGP C Silendra Babu had said that the videos showing the attack on Bihar migrant workers in Tamil Nadu are false. Police will take immediate action against those who spread such videos. He had said that someone has posted false and mischievous videos that migrant workers were attacked. Both the videos of the attack on two laborers are false. He said that both the incidents had happened long ago and this clash was not between migrant workers and local people in Tirupur and Coimbatore.
