Petitioner Ashwini Upadhyay while talking on his petition said that Rs 3 lakh crore 2000 rupee notes are estimated to be with the corrupt, mafia or anti-national elements. Is. In such a situation, if the notes are changed without seeing the ID proof, they are benefiting a lot. Explaining further, the petitioner said that today there is hardly any family in India which does not have a bank account. In such a situation 2000 all the notes of Rs. should be deposited directly in the bank account. Ashwini Upadhyay further wrote in his petition that, it should also be kept in mind that the person is depositing money only in his account and not in any other person’s account.
