During this, the Justice asked the petitioner whether banning stubble burning would help in controlling air pollution? If so, should the bench put a stay on it? The bench further said, we cannot stop the farmers of Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. There is a need to think of some proper solutions for Delhi’s air pollution. ,
