The link court of Additional Sessions Judge Rakesh Kumar Singh was hearing an application filed by the Delhi Police regarding issuing orders to several media channels, including others, not to telecast any material in connection with the FIR in the matter. The judge said- If the order is not passed immediately, then the application itself will be infructuous.
