Shraddha Walker for strangling his 'live-in' partner and dismembering her body- A court on Tuesday framed charges of murder and destruction of evidence against Aftab Amin Poonawalla, accused of dismemberment. While hearing the case, Additional Sessions Judge Manisha Khurana Kakkar said that prima facie, section 361 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code was against the accused. and 361 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) makes out a case for an offence.Accused Aftab Amin Poonawala, however, denied the allegations and said to face trial. The next hearing of the case has been fixed on June 1. The Delhi Police 36 in the case on January 6, 757 pages chargesheet was filed. The murder was committed by strangulation Let us tell you that the accused Aftab Amin Poonawala last year had allegedly strangulated Walker on May. He then cut her body into pieces and kept them in a refrigerator for about three weeks at his residence in South Delhi's Mehrauli. He had dumped those pieces of Walkar's body in different areas of the national capital to avoid being caught.
