Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Dubai-Delhi on Feb. A show cause notice has been sent to Air India Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Campbell Wilson for not giving timely information about the incident of a female friend of the pilot entering the cockpit during the flight. An officer has given information in this regard.
The official told that Air India’s head of safety, security and quality operations, Henry Donohoe Show cause notice has also been sent. A flight crew member had complained to the DGCA that the pilot had allowed his female friend into the cockpit.

A DGCA official told that the incident was not reported on time A show cause notice was issued to Air India’s CEO and Head of Flight Security on 21 April itself. Apart from this, the investigation of the case was also delayed, the official said. Both the officers have been given 21 day’s time to respond to the notice. At present, no statement has come from Air India regarding the matter.
