Operation Shikanja Abhiyan - Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion Shahdol Police has started Operation Shikjanja to take action against usurers. This is being run on the lines of the Maha Abhiyan, in which it was launched on Friday in the Budhar police station premises. In this, many cases came before the Superintendent of Police, in some cases investigation has been started after registering a case. Under the direction of Superintendent of Police, Shahdol Kumar Prateek, Shahdol Police conducted a grand campaign operation against usurers in the district of Shikanja. The level was inaugurated from the police station Budhar premises. The objective of this camp is to take immediate action by receiving complaints against moneylenders. Superintendent of Police Kumar Prateek himself listened to the complaints of the victims and gave instructions for action in the camp organized at Thana Budhar. Six complaints of police station Budhar and one of police station Amlai were found related to usury, out of which two complaints have been registered and taken into consideration and investigation is going on in other cases. In some tribal-dominated areas of the district, the system of giving loans on interest by the moneylenders has been going on for a long time. People suffering from illegal usury can put their problems in front of the police without any fear and action can be taken by the police immediately on the complaint. This is the main objective of this campaign. This campaign will continue today i.e. on Saturday as well. An appeal has been made by the Shahdol police to the general public to put forward their complaint related to illegal usury without any fear and inform them on the mobile number can also be given. The name of the complainant will be kept confidential. ,
