the victim’s father had filed a report. Complaint was given in the report that his girl had left the house on December 4
asking her to go to her maternal uncle’s house. After this she neither reached there nor came back home. Searched everywhere but nothing was found anywhere. Later it is learned that a boy Shubham Namdev is missing since that day. People told that the victim was seen with Shubham Namdev. He suspects that his minor girl has been abducted by the accused Shubham Namdev. After deliberation, the matter was presented before the Hon’ble Court. During the hearing of the case, the Hon’ble Court agreed with the arguments presented by the prosecution and sentenced the accused. ,
