According to the case Shubham, a resident of Mithi village under Shahdol (3) Rigorous imprisonment of twenty years in Bhadvi and fine of one thousand rupees and section 366 Bhadvi Three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of one thousand rupees has been given. On behalf of the government, CP Mishra, Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer, Jaisinghnagar appeared in the said case. What was the event Divisional Public Relations Officer (Prosecution) Naveen Kumar Verma told that on December 6 the victim's father had filed a report. Complaint was given in the report that his girl had left the house on December 4 asking her to go to her maternal uncle's house. After this she neither reached there nor came back home. Searched everywhere but nothing was found anywhere. Later it is learned that a boy Shubham Namdev is missing since that day. People told that the victim was seen with Shubham Namdev. He suspects that his minor girl has been abducted by the accused Shubham Namdev. After deliberation, the matter was presented before the Hon'ble Court. During the hearing of the case, the Hon'ble Court agreed with the arguments presented by the prosecution and sentenced the accused. ,
