Assistant District Prosecution Officer Rani Jain told, 12 On September 2018 the complainant Dev Singh appeared at the police station. After getting the first information report written to the effect that he was sitting at home, his son Vijendra and his wife Sangeeta Bai, the other boy Radheshyam started saying that he does not do any work, keeps sitting. On this matter, both the boys started abusing him mother and sister and said that he stays at home only. Kamdham does nothing. On this matter, he was beaten with sticks and kicks, due to which he got injured at various places in the body. The elder boy started saying that if he does not leave the house, he will kill him. On the basis of the report of the complainant, the crime was registered and taken into consideration and after deliberation the crime number 414/415 Section under , 414/2018 , 2018 (Part-2) Medical examination of the complainant was done after registering Bhadvi . A map of the incident site was made during the discussion. After making other necessary inquiries from the concerned witnesses, their evidence was recorded. After investigation, the charge sheet was presented in the court. The court punished all the three accused with a fine of one thousand rupees each. Assistant District Prosecution Officer Rani Jain advocated on behalf of the government. ,
