On the basis of the report of the complainant, the crime was registered and taken into consideration and after deliberation the crime number 414/415 Section under , 414/2018 , 2018 (Part-2) Medical examination of the complainant was done after registering Bhadvi . A map of the incident site was made during the discussion. After making other necessary inquiries from the concerned witnesses, their evidence was recorded. After investigation, the charge sheet was presented in the court. The court punished all the three accused with a fine of one thousand rupees each.
