For this, Ravi slapped the deceased. At the same time, Ravi's sister Titla Bai came on the spot and abused the deceased and said that you have quarreled with my brother. I'll tell you now After this the deceased started going towards her house. That's why Ravi told his sister Titla Bai that sister should come after killing him at home. Then Titla Bai followed the deceased to her house. He told that in the room inside the house, Titla Bai danced with the deceased. Then Titla Bai poured kerosene oil kept in a vessel in the same room on the body of the deceased and set it on fire with matchstick. Due to this the body of the deceased caught fire. Hearing the screams, the mother of the deceased (complainant) who was working outside the house reached inside the house. Seeing him, Titla Bai ran away from there. After some time, accused Ravi, brother of Titla, came and seeing the deceased burnt in fire, ran back. He told that after this the relatives took the deceased to the hospital for treatment. During the treatment of the deceased 95 March 2023 died in Hamidia Hospital Bhopal. Police station Siddikganj has filed a section against the accused 414, 233 registered a case under B) and started investigation.
