Accused in the case Rajmal Rathore father Kunwar ji Rathore resident Freeganj, Bilkisganj District Sehore Section-100 Bhadvi was sentenced to life imprisonment and a total fine of four thousand rupees. The court said in its clear remarks, the government will be responsible for the maintenance of three children if the mother is dead and the father is punished in the case. Media cell in-charge Kedar Singh Kaurav told, Suman Bai, sister of complainant Jitendra Chaudhary, took him for wheat for a few days. was calling to her home from The complainant along with his cousin Vinod Chowdhary went to the house of his sister Suman Bai (deceased) at around eight o'clock in the morning on 5th May 2020. When he went to the house Freeganj Bilkisganj to buy wheat, he saw that the door of the house was locked from outside. When he opened the door, his sister was lying on a mat in the outside room and niece Siya and nephew Ram were sitting nearby. When the complainant woke up sister Suman Bai by raising her voice, her sister did not speak. Niece Siya told that father had killed mother and grandmother in the night. When I went to the inner room, I saw that his mother Lilabai was lying on the cot and there was a deep wound on her neck on the left side. Blood was lying on the ground under the cot and he had died. Then coming to the outside room, I saw my sister Sumanbai from close range, Sumanbai had a blue mark on her neck and Sumanbai was also lying dead. In the night Rajmal, the brother-in-law of the complainant, killed my mother Lilabai and sister Sumanbai. After that he called the police by calling the number 415 and along with his cousin Vinod Got the report written at the police station. On the information of the complainant, the investigation was started after registering the case in Bilkisganj police station and took the accused into police custody. Then the accused confessed to the murder. After that in autopsy and investigation Section-100 offense of Bhadvi was found to have occurred, on which After complete investigation, the charge sheet was presented before the court. The court, on the basis of oral and documentary evidence, agreed with the arguments of the prosecution during the final arguments and convicted the accused. On behalf of the government, District Prosecution Officer Anil Kumar Badal appeared in the case.
