It will be mandatory to get the empty borewell fenced from all sides. Action will be taken against the persons violating this order under section 415 of the Indian Penal Code. Information about the borewell being found open can be sent to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Station House Officer or WhatsApp of the concerned area. Through this, information about the location and photograph of the open bore can be given on the mobile number . The information of the person giving the information will be kept confidential. ,
