Justice Nikhil S Kariel’s name not in the list
The collegium has not recommended transfer of Gujarat High Court judge Justice Nikhil Kariel following a representation from the Gujarat Bar opposing the proposed transfer. According to a report published in The Indian Express, the collegium was considering the transfer of Justice Kariel to the Patna High Court and had written to Gujarat High Court Chief Justice Arvind Kumar for his opinion.
