The police have arrested six family members, including the victim’s husband Naseem Khan and son Munir Khan, for harassing the newly married woman for dowry. Other arrested accused include victim’s father-in-law Munir Khan, mother-in-law Noorjahan, brother-in-law Mukim Khan, sister-in-law Tarannum and sister-in-law Gudiya Bano husband Dildar Khan. According to the information received from the Police Station Civil Line, the accused used to torture the newly married daughter-in-law physically and mentally for the demand of dowry. She endured everything. But in the meanwhile the limit was reached when on last February, all the accused together did not accompany the victim.
