What is Right to Health Bill, what are its benefits

Every citizen of Rajasthan shall have the right to emergency treatment and care at any public health institution, health care establishment and designated health care centers without prior payment of necessary fees or charges. Medical and Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena told that patients should not be denied treatment in hospitals. In case of emergency, the cost of treatment is not borne by the concerned patient, it will be reimbursed by the state government.
