RGPV Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sunil Kumar and Registrar Dr. RS Rajput were accused of irregularities last year. It was told that financial irregularities were done in the Integrated University Management System, food arrangements in hostels, purchase of computers, purchase of furniture in the library, construction of smart classrooms. The State Government has constituted a committee comprising Dr. Mohan Sen, Dr. PK Jhinge and Jitendra Singh, Additional Director, Technical Education Department, to investigate the seven-point complaint. Committee June in his report stated that the rules were not followed. Transparency was not maintained. The government sought the opinion of RGPV on this.
