Collector Akshay Kumar has written in the order that due to the nexus between the private school operator and the shopkeeper, uniforms, books, shoes All these materials are given to the parents at three times the cost. And in return, many school operators also take a hefty commission from the shopkeepers. This is the reason why books are becoming increasingly expensive.
