Case of installation of cameras in school bathroom – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion In a government school located in Javra of Ratlam district of Ujjain division, the principal had installed CCTV cameras in the bathroom of the school for surveillance purposes. When this information reached the students and their parents, these cameras were immediately removed. The case is of Shaheed Narendra Singh Chandravat Higher Secondary Model School of Javra. Here the principal had installed CCTV cameras in the children’s bathroom and staff room. On which the students and their relatives had expressed anger, when the media came to know about this, they also tried to meet the school principal, but even before the media personnel protested against it, the principal immediately got the CCTV cameras installed in the bathroom removed. It is being told that the principal had installed CCTV cameras at many places in the school a few days ago. The need for these cameras may be necessary in the classroom, library, playground as well as other places, but the principal had also installed CCTV cameras in the staff room and bathroom. Why CCTV cameras were installed in classrooms and other places is beyond comprehension. Even the principal doesn’t have the answer. Whoever is guilty Action will be taken – SDM
2023 When this matter was discussed with Javra SDM Himanshu Prajapati, he said that the matter has come to the notice and the matter should be investigated thoroughly. Will be shown and action will be taken against whoever is guilty. ,
