Raghuveer Mehra, who lives nearby, gave the information about the fire in the shop to the victim shopkeeper on the phone. As soon as the information about Raghuveer was received, Kuldeep Jagarwal, a resident of Komal Nagar, reached the spot. When the shop was opened, there was a fierce fire inside.
