As soon as the Chairman rejected the demand for discussion of the opposition, the BJP members started raising slogans, due to which the proceedings were adjourned for five minutes. After the proceedings resumed, the BJP MLAs again raised the issue, following which the minister said the chief minister would make a statement on the rally later in the House. Meanwhile, Congress MLA Kuldeep Juneja, who belongs to the Sikh community, denied that the rally was taken out in support of Khalistan.
