According to the bulletin of Rajya Sabha, 9 members are from Congress and three from Aam Aadmi Party. The members of AAP are Sanjay Singh, Sushil Kumar Gupta and Sandeep Kumar Pathak. Whereas, the Congress members are Shaktisinh Gohil, Naranbhai J Rathwa, Syed Nasir Hussain, Kumar Ketkar, Imran Pratapgarhi, L Hanumanthaiah, Phoolo Devi Netam, JB M Hisham and Ranjit Ranjan.
