Extension Tirupati Balaji Temple located on Machalpur Road in Jirapur Nagar of Rajgarh was targeted by unidentified thieves on Monday night. From here, the thieves broke the window lattice of the temple and entered the temple courtyard and stole cash from the silver jewelery and charity vessels. The incident was reported to the temple priest on Tuesday morning. When he reached here, he saw the temple belongings lying scattered and the window was broken. The priest reported the matter to the police. Police rushed to the scene and formed a panchnama and started investigation against the unidentified accused. Meanwhile, according to information received from Jirapur police, unidentified thieves broke the iron grating from the window from the side at Tirupati Balaji temple They stole the Lord’s silver jewelery and cash from the alms container. Temple priest Satyanarayan Sharma told police that when he opened the door of the temple in the morning, he found the lock of the sanctuary and the window grille broken. Temple belongings were also scattered. The lock of the charity containers was broken after the incident was reported to the police. A case has been registered against the unidentified accused and the matter is being investigated.
